We are in an ideal location, just a short distance from the center of Oristano and a few steps away from all the main services such as the bus stop, bank, post office, pharmacy, bars, grocery stores, pizzerias, restaurants, gas stations, and the local market. The wonderful beaches of San Giovanni Sinis, Is Arutas, and Mari Ermi are also easily accessible by bicycle. In addition, thanks to the bike path that starts near our residence, you can easily reach the beach of Torre Grande.
