I have a degree in pedagogical sciences and I live in the adjacent apartment with my partner, an ophthalmologist, and our sweet Deva. Besides taking care of my family, I also manage this small bed and breakfast. In the past, I worked with my parents in managing other properties. I find this job exciting as it allows me to meet many people with whom I can share thoughts and cultures. I hope to provide excellent service to all those who choose to be our guests.
Our facility is located just 100 meters away from the Sant'Orsola Policlinic, along Alvisi Street which intersects with Massarenti Street. This area is characterized by a peaceful and quiet residential atmosphere.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tobacco shops, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, banks, and above all, the Sant'Orsola Policlinic.
If you walk 100 meters south along Alvisi Street, you will find yourself in front of the main entrance of the Policlinic and on Massarenti Street. Alternatively, if you take Massarenti Street to the right and walk for 250 meters, you will reach Piazza di Porta San Vitale. Beyond this square, you will enter the Historic Center and the university area.
About 400 meters away, you will also find the private hospitals Villa Torri and Nigrisoli. The trade fair district is only 1.8 km away. The train station is 2 km away and can be easily reached by either bus number 36 or on foot.
