The old barn of a typical Monferrato house, overlooking a lush and protected valley, has been transformed into a cozy space for a relaxing stay. The B&B is surrounded by miles of dirt roads that wind through the countryside, offering the chance to connect directly with nature while remaining just a short walk from the center of Calliano Monferrato, near Asti.
In a region that was once submerged by the sea, history is evidenced by fossils and shells. The area offers a multitude of activities, gastronomic events, festivals, art, and places of historical and cultural interest. Monferrato, with its timeless allure, awaits you for an unforgettable stay.
Homemade Italian breakfast prepared with high-quality ingredients. Guests can choose from milk or yogurt, cookies and cereals, a variety of fruit juices, and coffee brewed with a moka pot. Each day, the menu may change based on guests' preferences and will feature cakes or desserts made from seasonal fruits, organic honey sourced from "Podere l'Opi," collected from three different areas in Piedmont, and homemade jams with low sugar content. There will also be omelets with local herbs and samples of traditional Piedmontese dishes, depending on availability.
If there are food intolerances, it is possible to arrange for the exclusion of specific ingredients in advance, although we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free meal.

Originally from Piedmont, in 2020 we took the step of leaving the city to move to the countryside with our son. This decision was motivated by our desire to renew our lives, aspirations, and way of living. Embracing a more sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle has brought us numerous benefits. Filled with enthusiasm and new energy, in 2024 we decided to start a simple yet rewarding hospitality business.
The B&B San Pé is born from this life journey. The philosophy of happy degrowth and serenity has become an integral part of our essence. We hope to share with our guests the same joy and satisfaction we have discovered along our path.
