Following in the footsteps of their experienced father, who was a director at important hotels in the capital and president of the Italian Hotel Employees Association (A.I.R.A.), Italo Altieri gained experience at renowned hotels, specializing in catering and bar services. Together with his brother Alessandro, he successfully managed a famous brewery in the center of Rome for approximately 10 years.
