Our newly renovated rooms are located right in front of the emergency room of the "Sacro Cuore" hospital in Negrar, offering a comfortable and practical accommodation for those in need of a place to stay near the hospital. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and comes complete with linens, a television, Wi-Fi, a set of towels, a hairdryer, an iron, a microwave, a refrigerator, and air conditioning, ensuring all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

On the ground floor, guests can make use of a communal kitchen with a cooking area, ideal for preparing meals independently. Outside, a terrace with a garden offers a peaceful space to relax. Furthermore, on the ground floor, there is a shared bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, an additional service that makes the stay even more convenient.

The property does not have an elevator, but its location "just a stone's throw" from the hospital makes it particularly advantageous for those who need to frequently visit the "Sacro Cuore".
