I was born and lived in Milan until 2005, the year I moved to Sardinia. I lived in the northern part of the island for 16 years, in the marvelous and wild Gallura - isolated in the countryside but just a few kilometers away from a splendid sea. After this incredible but challenging experience that left me with beautiful memories and dear friends, I decided that I wanted to go further south and get closer to a city. That's how I discovered, completely by chance, the magnificent village of San Gregorio. It was June and it was love at first sight! I adored this place from the very beginning - for its peace, the green surroundings, the untouched nature, its beautiful houses, the proximity to the sea, and the convenience of a nearby city, Cagliari (which is also very beautiful). I love the tranquility that exists here, the mild climate in winter, the strong light and sun. I enjoy taking walks by the sea out of season or venturing into the countless trails of the Sette Fratelli Park, or walking in the Molentargius Park while watching the flamingos that stop there all year round. I love hiking up to Sella del Diavolo with friends to enjoy the panorama of Poetto and the entire Gulf - and improvising a sunset aperitivo. I enjoy going to the San Benedetto market, strolling through the historic neighborhoods of Cagliari, visiting the Saline Conti Vecchi countless times - wonderfully managed by FAI. I love lazily lying in the warm sand in spring, soaking up the sun. I love sitting in my courtyard, reading a book in the sun, listening to the silence. I love having guests because it brings me joy to take care of someone and because paradise is meant to be shared!
