From Piazza della Loggia, through a pedestrian climb surrounded by ancient medieval walls, you can reach the structure that enjoys a privileged position, with a wonderful panoramic view of the entire village. Here you will find absolute tranquility in a characteristic area, where cars cannot access and that is just a few steps from the sea. San Giacomo vacation home is open all year round and offers the possibility to stay for entire weeks or weekends, and is also the ideal starting point to visit the Cinque Terre. The accommodations, many of which have a sea view, come in different sizes: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. They are equipped with a washing machine, adjustable air conditioning and heating. The park, surrounded by medieval walls, consists of four terraces and offers a splendid view of the sea, the village and the clock tower.
The studio flat "Piazzetta 1" inside 1 is located on the ground floor, with access from the characteristic medieval square of the San Giacomo district. It has a kitchenette, hallway with washing machine, bathroom. The double bed can be divided into two singles.
The two-room apartment "Vista Golfo" inside 7 has a large living room with a splendid sea view, kitchenette and sofa that can become a double bed. The double bedroom and bathroom also have a sea view. The terrace overlooks the garden and the clock tower inserted on the medieval walls and is equipped with table and chairs. It is located on the third floor without a lift.
The establishment is located in the heart of Levanto, in a calm and peaceful pedestrian area. The magnificent sea is only 350 meters away, and within a few minutes' walk, you can reach a variety of shops, charming bars, delightful restaurants, and convenient supermarkets.
