San Filippo Neri farmhouse is a true paradise nestled in the green, managed by our family, consisting of 2 apartments, 1 annex, a special room, and an exclusive swimming pool. All of this is enhanced by the scent of lavender and the colors of the flowers on our pomegranate trees. Our accommodations, both the apartments and the rooms, are meticulously cared for to offer maximum comfort in an elegant atmosphere and in harmony with the surrounding environment. We have two apartments, an annex, and a special room available. In each accommodation, you will find air conditioning, free wifi, pots, plates, cutlery, smart TV, iron, washing machine, and hairdryer.
We named our farmhouse San Filippo Neri because inside the property, there is an old church dedicated to the Saint. This name represents for us not only an emotional value but also the symbol of traditions passed down from generation to generation in our territory.
We have looked to the future by using high-quality materials, renewable energy, and respecting the environment, but at the same time, we have carefully preserved the past from which everything originated. Nestled among the gentle hills, in an oasis of comfort, you could even forget the passage of time. The hustle and bustle of the city will be just a distant memory as you enjoy the sun and nature, or relax by the poolside.

Hello, I'm Fabio, 36 years old, and it's a pleasure to introduce myself. In the photo, I'm with Alessia, my partner. Since 2021, we have the privilege of managing San Filippo Neri together. Here, apart from welcoming travelers, we cook delicious dishes for our guests and take care of the crops. It was our desire to cultivate our passion that led us to embark on this wonderful adventure in a farmhouse. What our guests love most about San Filippo Neri is the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in nature.

- You can visit and taste the wines of the renowned "Tenuta Spinelli" Winery, famous worldwide for its numerous awards and recognition (the winery is located within the complex).
- You will have the opportunity to visit the beehives and the company's honey laboratory, where, upon reservation, you can participate in educational courses on the wonderful world of bees.
- In addition to the vineyards, the property has numerous orchards, including pomegranates and cherry trees.
- For enthusiasts, the agriturismo also offers a vegetable garden where guests can have fun picking vegetables and sowing for the next guests.
