Managed by Mrs. Giovanna, S'Alzola is a Guest House (classified as "Affittacamere" in Italy) located near Porto Rotondo, a famous tourist destination in the Costa Smeralda and a destination for thousands of tourists every year attracted by the fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Sardinia.
With its 6 bright rooms, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort, the Guest House offers its visitors the tranquility of a place immersed in nature, the typical hospitality of Sardinia and the convenience of a favorable location, also reachable from Olbia in a few minutes by car, without the need to cross the city traffic.
The atmosphere at the S'Alzola Guest House takes inspiration from the ancient Gallurese rural "stazzi" and reinterprets it in a modern key through the use of traditional furnishings and environments with relaxing pastel colors that blend perfectly with the shades and fragrances of the surrounding landscape.
Completely immersed in greenery and also equipped with a modern swimming pool, the structure extends over 3 levels (basement, ground floor and first floor) where everything is taken care of in detail to guarantee guests a pleasant stay in total relaxation: each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning and independent heating, satellite TV and a refrigerator.
The external structure of the Guest House is made in rustic style and entirely covered in stone and granite. It is equipped with a large parking area for cars and is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with an English lawn where olive trees, oaks, junipers and other typical plants of the Mediterranean scrub that are at home in Sardinia, such as myrtle, lentisk and wild lavender, grow.
The spacious breakfast room, located in the tavern, can comfortably accommodate over 20 people. Please note that the "Italian-style" breakfast will be served buffet-style, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. If you have any special needs (such as breakfast with cured meats, eggs, etc.), be sure to specify them at the time of booking.
Hello! I'm Giovanna, the owner of Guest House S'Alzola since 2008. I want to let you know that due to personal reasons, I entrusted the management of the property in 2022, but from this year on, I'm managing it again. I love my job and I enjoy pampering my guests, always welcoming them with a smile. I'm always available as I live in the house next to the property. My staff is friendly and the rooms are equipped with every comfort, including a private bathroom, air conditioning, fridge, toiletries, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The rooms are cleaned daily, and guests have access to a relaxing corner by the pool, furnished with a gazebo, tables, and chairs.
Our beautiful Guest House is located in the peaceful countryside, but within a short distance from the famous beaches of Porto Rotondo and Marinella, which can be reached by car in just 2 kilometers. Just 200 meters away, you will find delightful restaurants where you can enjoy local delicacies. If you want to explore the area further, Porto Rotondo is only 5 kilometers away by car.
