The structure, built in the early 1900s on the ruins of a medieval church, is an ancient Umbrian farmhouse, made of stone and pink bricks, handmade in the family's furnace, which is no longer in use.
The apartments consist of a kitchen-living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. In the living rooms, there are also two sofa beds or a comfortable double sofa bed.
One of the apartments was designed to accommodate disabled people.
All accommodations have independent heating. The furnishings are in Umbrian style, with our typical wooden furniture, rustic terracotta floors, and ceilings with wooden beams or small vaults.

Giano dell'Umbria is situated on a picturesque hill at an altitude of 546 meters. Due to its location and its stunning views, the countryside of Giano is the preferred destination for those who love to take a walk and go on excursions in direct contact with an untainted nature (in this regard, a series of trekking routes have been identified).
For those who prefer art, there are numerous works to visit. We remember, just to mention the most famous ones, the monumental complex of San Francesco, the Abbey of San Felice, and beautiful villages (Castelli di Castagnola, Montecchio, Morcicchia, and much more).
Finally, but of utmost importance, the gastronomy represented by excellent local cuisine, simple but genuine (black truffle, legumes, pecorino cheese, cold cuts).

Of course, at the top of the list is our unbeatable extra virgin olive oil, celebrated with folklore events: La Mangiaunta and the Festa della Frasca.
