B&B Anni '20

Our 1920s B&B is located in the city of Cuneo, on Via Medaglie d'Oro n. 27, in the immediate vicinity of the exit to the center of Cuneo from the East-West ring road. The strategic location makes our establishment easily accessible.

Just a few meters from the B&B, you will find the city cycle path, the parish church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and the beginning of the porticoes of Corso Nizza. From here, you can take pleasant walks, even in case of rain, to reach shops, numerous bars and pastry shops, Piazza Galimberti, and the historic center.

By staying at the B&B ANNI '20, you can easily get around on foot or with the bicycles provided by the owners, forgetting the use of the car for a few days, which you can leave parked along the B&B street. The nearby Viale degli Angeli, a few hundred meters away, offers a cycling and pedestrian path, completely shaded during the summer.

The Santa Croce Civil Hospital and the train station can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The B&B is located in an apartment on the raised ground floor of a two-story building, historic houses of the railway workers. It has two spacious double rooms (double or twin beds), a spacious shared bathroom, a breakfast room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a balcony. The recently renovated bathroom and the renewal of the other rooms create a familiar, pleasant, and welcoming atmosphere with a 1920s ambiance, ideal for both tourism in the surrounding mountain valleys, for food and wine itineraries in the Langhe wine region, and for business trips or conferences.

During the summer period, guests can enjoy the internal garden for moments of relaxation. In winter, the B&B ANNI '20 is an ideal base for nearby ski resorts and valleys that offer magnificent alpine ski itineraries or snowshoe walks.

For cycling enthusiasts, Cuneo is an ideal base, hosting the Fausto Coppi Gran Fondo every year. There are mountain routes towards the Alpine hills and valley routes suitable for families with children.

The historic center of Cuneo, completely pedestrianized, allows you to savor the atmosphere of the ancient city with its historic buildings, famous porticoes, shops, and a wide choice of excellent typical restaurants.

The area where the B&B is located is particularly quiet, with several free parking spaces on the street below. Nearby, there is a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a tobacco bar. Cyclists will find a bicycle sales and repair point a few tens of meters away.

Right in front of the B&B, there is the city bus stop. The property also has a room inside the closed private courtyard for the storage of equipment, motorcycles, bicycles, and skis. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
