The Royal Room & Breakfast is located in the countryside of Modena, in the village of Lesignana, a few kilometers from the city center but away from the city chaos.
It offers recently renovated double rooms and single rooms, all with private bathrooms (including a shower, hairdryer, toiletries, and towels). Each room also includes an LCD TV, minibar, WiFi internet, and air conditioning. Please note that all our rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Free private parking is available.
Our family-run B&B is suitable for both business travelers and tourists visiting Modena.

Breakfast is only served on weekends. On weekdays, it is self-service: you will have access to the breakfast room with a coffee machine, tea/herbal tea kettle, microwave, toaster, induction hob, refrigerator, and a small buffet. Breakfast hours are from 7:00 to 9:00.
Our breakfast is mainly the traditional Italian one with coffee, cappuccino, tea, cakes, croissants, cookies, yogurt, jams, etc.. However, for those who wish, we can also prepare a savory breakfast with eggs, cold cuts, or cheese.
Furthermore, with sufficient notice, we try to accommodate those with special dietary needs by providing specific products (e.g. for gluten or lactose intolerance, or for a vegan diet).

We are 4 km from the Campogalliano exit of the A22 Modena-Brennero highway and about 7 km from the Modena Nord exit of the A1 highway and the Fiera area. In the vicinity of the B&B, you can visit the 4 Madonne Dairy (400 m) and the Giusti Acetaia with the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum (2 km). Next to our establishment, there is also a restaurant serving typical Emilian cuisine.
