You can enter independently and have access to a reserved parking, a private bathroom, and the possibility of having a kitchenette.

The property is suitable for both a vacation and a short business stay.
We are happy to welcome families with children (we can provide a crib, high chair, changing table, etc.).
We personally restored the barn, taking into account the historical and environmental context in which it is located. The exposed stone walls, wooden floors, and simple and rustic materials, but with attention to detail and comfort, make the environment cozy.
We believe in sustainability and try to respect the surrounding environment, for example, through recycling, but also by making conscious choices regarding consumption and lifestyle.
Breakfast is included in the price of your stay. Here, we prioritize the use of local, fair trade products that are sourced within a close proximity. You can enjoy our delicious "Italian-style" breakfast consisting of coffee, milk, cocoa, tea, infusions, fruit juice, brioches, bread, butter, various flavors of jams, honey, yogurt, cereals, and seasonal fruits. Additionally, we also offer a savory "continental" breakfast. We are able to prepare customized breakfasts for special diets, such as those for food allergies. If the weather permits, you can enjoy breakfast in our charming garden.
