The property is located at the foot of the Sirmione peninsula in a central area, convenient for services, the beach, and the lake. Furthermore, it is only 500 meters away from the "Virgilio" Thermal Establishment.
Free parking is available in front of the property.
Pets are allowed, subject to agreement, provided they are well-behaved and not left alone in the rooms.
For motorcycle enthusiasts, there is the possibility to park motorcycles indoors.
My family has been rooted in Sirmione for centuries, so I am very familiar with its history, the evolution of our charming green Sirmione, the traditions, and our beautiful lake.

Located in a central position in the Colombare district, at the foot of the peninsula, just steps away from the Virgilio Baths and conveniently close to services, the lake, and the beach. The highway exit is easily accessible.
There are many opportunities to visit the theme parks of Lake Garda: Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva Aquapark, and Parco Giardino Sigurtà.
You can also explore the medieval villages of Castellaro Lagusello and Borghetto di Valeggio sul Mincio and admire the numerous castles in the area.
We recommend taking a boat trip around the lake using the motorboats provided by Navigazione Lago di Garda.
