The Cisanello neighborhood, located in the eastern part of Pisa, is one of the most modern and functional areas of the city. It features recently constructed residential buildings and is well-connected to the historic center and major transportation routes. It is particularly valued for the presence of the Cisanello Hospital, one of the most significant healthcare facilities in Tuscany.
The area provides all essential services within a short distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, cafés, bakeries, laundromats, and a small cinema. The Esselunga shopping center is within walking distance, and the Ospedaletto industrial zone is just a few minutes away by car. Urban buses offer frequent connections to the train station, airport, and major tourist attractions, such as Piazza dei Miracoli.
Despite being an urban area, Cisanello is quiet and orderly, making it ideal for practical and well-organized stays, whether for work, medical visits, or tourism.
