In the surroundings, our guests will find everything they need to meet their needs. The apartment is only 11 km away from the historic center, reachable in 50 minutes by public transport. The bus stop is located in front of the building, with BUS 223 leading to Rome Termini train station, the nerve center of public transportation. This bus runs every 40 minutes and takes about 50 minutes (depending on Rome's traffic) to reach Rome Termini station. From there, you can take Metro B, which will take you to the historic center in just 15 minutes, passing through iconic places such as the Colosseum and Circus Maximus.
Alternatively, you can opt for BUS 301, which will take you to Metro A "Lepanto" in about 40 minutes (again, depending on traffic). From this stop, you can easily reach Piazza del Popolo in a 15-minute walk and from there, the historic center with the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps in 10 minutes. The Vatican and St. Peter's Square are easily accessible in 5-15 minutes from Metro A "Lepanto" stop, even at night thanks to night buses.

Located in an important neighborhood in the north of Rome, the apartment is in a building built in 1970 located on the modern Via Cassia, in a residential center with private parking available for guests. Just 900 meters away, inside a public park, is the funerary monument mistakenly called the "Tomb of Nero," a large marble sarcophagus dating back to the 3rd century AD. The neighborhood is renowned for its restaurants and bars where you can taste local typical dishes or Italian delicacies. Additionally, the neighborhood offers a wide range of services including shops, post offices, banks, bars, and pubs.

Even at night, there are night buses available as an alternative to the metro.
Moreover, it is possible to walk to Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, and the Historic Center in just 20 minutes. The area is safe both during the day and at night.
