There are two structures that we manage: Cà Baetti the ancient guest house court & Portola La Vecchia Dimora. Our facilities are located in a natural environment, surrounded by enchanting mountains, in a quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the whole plain and in a strategic area (a few km from Bergamo, from San Pellegrino Terme, but also from Lecco and Como).
CA 'BAETTI THE ANCIENT COURT FORESTERIA:
A medieval stone village built between the 15th and 17th centuries.
Renovated in 2005, today it presents itself in its magnificent splendor: you can appreciate the ancient local architectural forms, unchanged over the centuries.
All around is an ecstasy for the senses.
In the guesthouse we have 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, recently renovated as well as an independent loft that guarantees greater privacy.
In all rooms you will find new and well-finished furnishings, quality linen, hairdryer, courtesy set with shampoo and shower gel, wifi access, LCD TV. Self check in.
PORTOLA THE OLD RESIDENCE:
The old house of the great grandparents. Recently renovated and restored: a modern and stylish 60sqm apartment.
Two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette. Ideal for families and groups of friends. Here too: internet connection, TV, courtesy set and quality linen.
A unique location, in the center, convenient and close to local services.
You can forget the car and move on foot enjoying the fresh and clean air of Roncola. You can regenerate yourself admiring the view that from the balcony sweeps over the Imagna Valley and the Resegone; you can fall asleep lulled by the silence of the district, or wake up with the scent of hot croissants ready for your breakfast.
The breakfast provided is always abundant and tasty! You can enjoy it in front of the warmth of the fireplace or in the peaceful garden.
Every morning you will wake up to the enticing smell of freshly baked croissants, homemade with sweetness. The jams are a specialty of Santina and are made with love using products from our home. You can choose between raspberry, strawberry, pear, or apple flavors.
The honey we offer comes from grandpa Fendo, who has been producing it for our family for 70 years. It is of the highest quality and goodness, and you can choose between chestnut or acacia flavors. For the sweet tooth, the delicious Nutella cannot be missed!
Naturally, you will have bread, cookies, and toast to spread all the homemade delights. Additionally, you can choose from a variety of fruit juices, cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruit for a healthy and fiber-rich breakfast.
If you desire a cup of tea, you can choose between an English version or flavored. If you prefer coffee, you will have the option to enjoy a classic or chocolate cappuccino, or a slightly stained milk. You can opt for a long, short, espresso, or stained coffee. We also offer decaffeinated tea, ginseng, and barley!
And for the little ones? They will have access to white milk or, even better, the delicious Nesquik!

FIRE ROOM: it is double. Large 16sqm can accommodate up to 2 people. Fire-red wall, wrought iron design bed, has an attached private bathroom. It has a window overlooking the garden / plain and is equipped with free wi-fi, LCD TV, heating, sheets and a quality bathroom set.
WATER ROOM: The water room of about 16sqm can accommodate up to 3 people. King size wrought iron bed, small armchair for single bed in case of need; new internal bathroom of about 8 square meters. It has a window overlooking the garden / plain and is equipped with free wi-fi, LCD TV, heating, sheets and a quality bathroom set.
The Wood Room, about 25sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people. Design bed; if necessary, a double sofa bed, combining the warmth of wood in a country color, with the sensual lines of modern design. It has a balcony overlooking the village and the plain, window overlooking the garden / plain and is equipped with free wifi, LCD TV, heating, sheets and quality bathroom set. The private bathroom recently renovated, 8 square meters large, is in front of the room for exclusive use
The Stone Room is 25sqm large, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Original wooden ceiling of the seventeenth century, particular floor in parquet-like, furnished by fusing the warmth of the wood with the sensual lines of modern design. It has a balcony overlooking the village and the plain, window overlooking the garden and is equipped with free wifi, LCD TV, heating, sheets and quality bathroom set. The private bathroom, brand new, 9sqm is placed in front of the room, for the exclusive use of its guests.
Independent loft in Cà Baett district; 70sqm on 3 levels: ground floor with living room and kitchenette (you can not cook, only coffee), first floor double bedroom and mezzanine with 2 single beds. Double entry; private garden.
Corinne & her mother Santina manage the two structures with only one goal: to guarantee a unique stay for everyone, in terms of quality.
From the cleaning of the rooms and environments, which must be impeccable, to human contact managed with simplicity and affection. Make our travelers feel at home, welcome and welcome. Seeing them leave with a smile and the promise of wanting to return is the most important result. We do our best, with the desire to always improve.
Roncola is a small mountain town at about 950 meters above sea level, in the Orobic pre-Alps. Easily accessible from anywhere (50km from Milan and Como, 25km from Bergamo and Lecco), without queues or traffic, it is the ideal destination for an escape from the cities. It offers marvelous naturalistic glimpses, all to be discovered along the dense network of marked trails that are present in the area. An updated bilingual map will guide you to discover villages, woods, corners and ravines. Quality restaurants will welcome you with typical local cuisine; you can try paths suspended between the trees at the Adventure Park or challenge yourselves with your friends to a paintball battle at Paintball Roncola. If you want to relax you can choose from several Spa centers within a radius of 25km, including BioSpa Carera and QC Terme San Pellegrino. You will have a breathtaking view over the entire plain below and you will be amazed in the evening, when thousands of lights will light up before your eyes and enchant you.
