This apartment is the perfect choice for those who want to experience Rome with convenient transport links while enjoying a peaceful environment away from the city's hustle and bustle. Located just a 10-minute walk from the A-line metro station "Valle Aurelia, " which provides quick access to the historic center and "Tor Vergata" University, as well as the terminus for bus 495, offering easy connections to Tiburtina Station and "La Sapienza" University, this accommodation boasts a strategic location. Within minutes, you can reach the Vatican and its museums, Gemelli Hospital, the Catholic University, ISEF, the Rai headquarters, the Olympic Stadium, the courts, and the "Aura" shopping center. The apartment, situated in a well-served area close to the main shopping streets, features a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, with the option to accommodate a fifth guest on a single sofa bed. Guests will have access to communal gardens, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8: 00 PM, with the option to arrange a specific appointment within this timeframe. For those needing a late check-in until 9: 30 PM, an additional fee of 100 euros applies. An early check-in can be requested for an extra charge. For longer stays, weekly cleaning will need to be arranged, in addition to the final cleaning already included in the price.
The apartment's heating is centralized and managed by the condominium, operational from November 15 to April 15, with exceptions for extreme cold in compliance with municipal energy-saving regulations. The use of other heating methods is not permitted for safety reasons and to adhere to Italian and European laws. To ensure maximum comfort, we provide additional duvets and extra blankets, along with the linens already supplied on the bed.

In the living room, a delightful breakfast is provided, featuring toast along with a wide variety of jams. You will also find freshly squeezed fruit juice in the refrigerator.

To experience Roman evenings, we are just a short walk away from the charming Prati district, known for its captivating Via Crescenzio and Via Ottaviano, which have historically been popular for Christmas and evening shopping. Additionally, nearby is the famous "Borgo Pio," an ideal spot to savor traditional dishes and Roman specialties in cozy restaurants and trattorias. By crossing the Tiber, you can immerse yourself in the most romantic part of central Rome, such as Campo Dè Fiori, or explore Via del Corso and Piazza del Popolo.
