We have three different apartments available, located in the same area, which are all identical in terms of space, furnishings, and amenities.
Each apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five people and provides two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.

Relax with the whole family or friends in this quiet, central accommodation, next to the main metro line and next to the Appia Antica Archaeological Park (catacombs, playgrounds and fitness). The house is a 3-minute walk, or less, from the Colli Albani station of 'Metro A'. Starting already from a central location, one can quickly and easily reach all the rest of central Rome (S. Giovanni, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Vatican, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus). Casa Roma-INCANTATA can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a large bedroom (with a double bed and if necessary two single beds) and an equally large living room (with a good quality, easy-to-open and close double sofa bed). A door separates the living room from the rest of the house, so for the night the living room becomes a real bedroom (with walk-in closet). The house is completed by a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large 15 sq. m. balcony with curtains, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining. The house will be exclusively for you.

In the vicinity of the apartment, you will find a variety of shops, such as bakeries, delicatessens, fish markets, butcher shops, pastry shops, rotisseries, ice cream parlors, and more. Additionally, you can visit a typical local market, where you will find fresh meat and fish, and above all, locally produced fruits and vegetables.
