Marisa Bonacina, daughter of owners Miriam and Piero, brings a very interesting personal touch to the kitchen: she often seeks unique combinations even in the restaurant's most famous and traditional recipes.
Marisa's husband, Davide Gatti, has been in charge of the cellar and the dining service with his mother-in-law for a few years now. The wine menu offers a wide selection of Italian and foreign labels, including some bottles of vintage years.
Furthermore, the Enoteca San Nicola has recently opened elegant rooms to accommodate its customers, each with a private bathroom.
