Our menus feature dishes from Ligurian cuisine, including standout dishes such as octopus burrida, cuttlefish and squid, cod, zemin, Ligurian-style rabbit, marinated local anchovies, homemade pesto, vermentino risotto with prawns, snails, and much more. Additionally, we also offer traditional dishes such as stuffed squid, oven-baked pork shank, mixed fried seafood, octopus ravioli with shellfish ragout, octopus with potatoes, and numerous other specialties.
Our menus vary daily and follow the seasons to ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Fresh filled pasta is produced directly by the owner, Sergio, who carefully prepares pansotti, borage ravioli, octopus ravioli, hake ravioli, radicchio ravioli, meat ravioli, potato ravioli, and many other specialties, depending on the time of year!
Even the desserts, except for the ice creams, are made in-house. You can taste delights such as basil Bavarian cream, chocolate semifreddo, chestnut mousse, and many other delicacies that vary daily.
