An intimate and secluded retreat with a special focus on hospitality and the culture of life. Healthy and light cuisine, genuine, colorful, and full of character.
This is the passionate recovery and remodeling of an abandoned farmhouse equipped with 4 comfortable, independent double rooms with... "character"; harmonious and stimulating common spaces, suspended between "nature," "cultivation," and "culture." Functional, friendly service areas in tune with the spirit of the place.
Four double rooms, each with its own independent entrance and private bathroom. Four unique, empathetic micro-worlds, just as befits those who open their arms in a friendly welcome. Four spaces with different personalities, but with the same exhilarating task of recounting and welcoming all those fragments of each person's life that try to become precious substance.
The "private" spaces make up the living area for guests. All the rooms, each with its own independent entrance, overlook a "affectionate" and protected lawn, in its entirety, by a "young" pergola of Strawberry Grape.
The view is drawn to an immediate anthology of olive trees, oaks, and varied spontaneous vegetation. And wherever the guest may be, they are literally nourished by the proximity of the sea, which appears in a special version, as if suspended in mid-air.
The ensemble of common and service spaces enjoys a direct relationship with the wide porch that runs along the entire eastern front of the property and dissolves into a "green" expanse dotted with floral patches and colorful plastic seats: a true balsamic horizon for the eyes and the regeneration of the body.
That porch with many lives, which in spring and summer welcomes guests for breakfast and healthy human connections, and in the winter months is dressed in comfortable glass windows to transform into a winter garden.
