The apartment is located on the first floor of a private, independent building in a quiet yet central area of Marina di Ginosa, just a short distance from the lively Viale Pitagora and the evening promenade along Viale Ionio. Its position allows for easy walking access to both the town center and the beach, which is only 800 meters away.

The accommodation is designed to provide comfort and functionality, making it ideal for families or small groups of up to four people, with the option to add two extra sleeping spaces. It consists of an entrance with a living room, a double bedroom, a small room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests have access to a refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, dishes, and a parking space within the gated property. Bed linen is not included, and electricity consumption is billed separately.
