Residenza Mazzini
The property offers three independent and renovated apartments, each capable of accommodating up to four people, located on the second and third floors of a building with an elevator. We have private parking available upon reservation for 5 euros per day and we are located in a quiet residential area, close to the historic center and well connected to the main points of interest in the city, such as the train station, airport, exhibition center, and Villa Laura hospital.
Each apartment is equipped with individually adjustable central heating, free fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, LCD TV, and hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and stove, as well as dishes and a coffee machine with capsules. Upon request, a crib for children under 3 years old is available.
The Mazzini and Felsinea apartments have 60 square meters of space, with an open-plan living-kitchen area, a double bedroom, bathroom, balcony, and are equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The Elena apartment, which is 80 square meters, includes two double bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and parquet floors.
The price includes exclusive use of the entire apartment, all utilities, bed linen, and towels.

Thanks to convenient public transportation, you can reach the city center in just 10 minutes by taking bus lines 27 and 19, or you can choose to take a pleasant 20-minute walk along the historic Maggiore street, with its characteristic arcades that will lead you directly to the two towers, symbols of the city. If you arrive by car, the apartment is well connected to the ring road (exit 11 bis) just 5 minutes away, to the San Lazzaro highway exit in 15 minutes, and to the Fiera exit in 10 minutes. Furthermore, you can reach FICO Eataly World by car in about 10 minutes.
