Our guesthouse has four double rooms and a panoramic suite overlooking the city and the gulf. Opened in 2007, the Residence was one of the first in the Castello and Città district to offer a new type of hospitality, more intimate, genuine, and authentic compared to traditional tourist structures. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and uniquely furnished. Special attention has been paid to the style of the rooms, enriched with original collages depicting the buildings and monuments that symbolize the neighborhood, as well as maps and historical cards of the city of Cagliari and Sardinia. From our panoramic terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city, lagoons, and surrounding mountains of Cagliari. In the summer, the terrace becomes the ideal place to sunbathe and enjoy an aperitif while admiring a wonderful sunset.
