The agriturismo draws inspiration from the traditional rural settlements of the Salento countryside and the characteristic dry stone walls, creating an authentic atmosphere. You can enjoy a lush green lawn, savor typical dishes, and taste delightful local wines, all in a setting that promises pure relaxation.
Continental breakfast featuring a diverse buffet that showcases a variety of local specialties, both sweet and savory. You will have the chance to enjoy fresh yogurt and cheeses, several types of natural honey, delicious organic jams, plain and filled croissants, homemade cakes, cereals, as well as traditional pastries from Lecce like the famous "pasticciotti" and other Salento delicacies such as "rustico" and "pucce." Fresh bread and organic toast will also be available, along with a wide selection of seasonal fresh fruits, including figs and prickly pears, picked straight from our garden.
Additionally, you can savor a range of beverages like coffee, tea, herbal infusions, fresh milk, lactose-free milk, soy milk, oat milk, rice milk, and almond milk, along with fruit juices and fresh seasonal fruit extracts.

Melina's many years of experience in the tourism sector and her love for the land passed down to Giuseppe from her grandfather, a ‘knight of labour’ farmer, meant that the company specialised in the production of olive oil and wheat in the ‘senatore cappelli’ variety and in the organic vegetable garden.
The bond was so strong that they planned an innovative, special dream that spoke of traditions and respect for nature. This dream is the starting point for the Agriturismo Residenza Gemma.
