Our recently renovated rooms are located on the ground floor and offer a private patio with direct access to the garden, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning/heat pump, mini-fridge, coffee machine and kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, linen, and courtesy set.
Our services include free Wi-Fi, free breakfast in the room with packaged products, mini-fridge, kettle, and coffee machine, free parking upon reservation (subject to availability), a smoke-free property, luggage storage, tourist information, and pets allowed free of charge in the room with their owners.
We offer self check-in for all guests, and we will contact you after booking to provide you with all the details. Rooms are not cleaned daily.
We have some parking spaces available inside the garden, but the number of spaces is limited. Please specify if you need parking at the time of confirmation, availability is subject to confirmation based on previous bookings, and will be confirmed immediately after booking.

La Residenza Fontana del Ferro est une oasis de verdure nichée dans les collines de Torricelle, à quelques pas du centre historique, où nos clients peuvent profiter de la paix et de la tranquillité de la nature : à seulement 600 mètres du théâtre romain et du Ponte Pietra, à 1,5 km de la Piazza Erbe et de la Via Mazzini, à 2 km de la Piazza Brà et de l'Arena. C'est assez proche du centre pour explorer à pied, mais suffisamment éloigné pour garantir un séjour relaxant après une journée bien remplie de visites touristiques. Nous offrons un parking privé sur place, mais comme l'espace est limité, nous demandons gentiment à nos clients de réserver une place de parking à l'avance pour garantir une expérience sans stress pour tous.
