The Red Suite, located in a turret on the top floor of the residence, was the room that the Fabroni family had built specifically for their guests and today it is our most desired room: a sumptuous and romantic double bedroom characterized by ribbon windows on 3 sides that offer a fascinating overview of the surrounding hills and the village. Watching the sun rise comfortably nestled on your bed will be one of the most exciting and vivid memories you will have of this stay. The suite is embellished with a small internal living room with red leather armchairs and a private bathroom with hydromassage tub and Val d'Orcia marble finishes.
The Green Suite, overlooking the main street of the village, is equipped with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with single beds and a comfortable private bathroom with shower cubicle. It is the suite that has undergone the most changes compared to its original version, but this does not mean it is the least fascinating. Suffice it to say that more than half a century ago this wing of the house was used as Doctor Fabroni's medical practice. Graduated in medicine and surgery in the late twenties he had carved out his workplace in what has now become the Green Suite. The double bedroom, with its details such as the dresser, the classic lampshade and the massive wooden wardrobe, takes you back to the Tuscany of the early twentieth century. The second bedroom with single beds is characterized by ceilings with decorated wooden beams and a built-in wardrobe.
The Blue Suite, the largest in the house, consists of a spacious double bedroom overlooking the main street of Montepulciano and a welcoming and intimate twin bedroom which enjoys a view of the Valdichiana and the Tuscan hills. The latter was the original bedroom of Mr. and Mrs. Fabroni. Suitcases and hat boxes from that era and authentic furnishings embellished with an Art Nouveau dressing table make this room exclusive. The two bedrooms are equipped with a characteristic and large Provençal-style bathroom with a view of the valley. Equipped with a characteristic bathtub built into the wall and embellished with small objects and bathroom products dating back to the 1950s.
Natalia and her husband David, who have always been captivated by the beauty of Tuscany, will be delighted to welcome you to Residenza Fabroni. The kind hosts will make sure your stay is unforgettable, with their extensive knowledge and valuable experience at your disposal.
