The Residence Via Mussini in Reggio Emilia carries a family history that began in the 1950s and continues to the present day. Originally a residence, it has been transformed into a beautiful place to stay in Reggio Emilia thanks to the initiative of Sara and Annamaria, who have made it a modern and welcoming alternative to hotels, inns, or bed and breakfasts in Reggio Emilia. The residence is located in a three-story building with a garden, in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Reggio, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The Residence Via Mussini consists of two mini apartments and six rooms (three on each floor), each characterized by a unique and refined decor ranging from classic to traditional vintage style. Each room is equipped with a TV and free WIFI, as well as a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower with a hydro-massage feature. Linen is included.
The kitchens in the facility are equipped with everything necessary to allow guests to cook meals independently (microwave, induction hob) and prepare hot drinks (kettle). The Residence Via Mussini is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from the historic center of Reggio Emilia. The main places of interest can be reached on foot, by bike or by bus.
In the Rosta district, on Via Wjbicky, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, there are several shops that cater to common daily needs, such as a self-service laundry, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a creperie-hot table, and a traditional bar. Along Via Terrachini, there is a bakery where you can also buy excellent traditional fresh pasta, a newsstand, as well as several bars and pizzerias.
More athletic guests can walk to the municipal swimming pool, a pilates club, and the BERIV Multisport center to practice squash, tennis, and spinning. The Chiostri di San Pietro, Via Emilia with its ancient arcades, shops, and the beauties of the historic center are also within a short distance, and there is no need to use a car to reach them.
