We are located in the city center, but not in a pedestrian area or ZTL. Our offer includes different solutions to meet all the needs of our guests. You will find fully equipped 50 sqm apartments, as well as rooms with private bathroom and breakfast included.
The available rooms are doubles and triples, spacious to ensure maximum comfort. The strengths include a private bathroom, a comfortable memory foam mattress, a minibar with complimentary drinks, a TV, and air conditioning. The only downside could be the lack of a panoramic view, as all rooms overlook inner courtyards. However, this "weakness" is compensated by the absence of noises from the street.
The apartments, on the other hand, offer a stay characterized by autonomy and safety. There is no need to meet other guests unless desired. The apartments are designed to ensure maximum comfort, and you can still rely on us for any need.
Please note that guests staying in the apartments are not allowed to serve breakfast, aperitifs, or similar.

On weekdays, breakfast starts at 7:30 am and ends at 10:00 am, while on holidays we adapt to your needs.

To break the mold, remember that you are away from home and you can try something different from the traditional breakfast. Our offer is constantly evolving and we want you to try healthy foods as well. Can we do it? You will be the ones to tell us. Here are some examples: avocado, cherry tomatoes, and eggs or bresaola, arugula, and Parmesan.
