Residence Italia Francavilla al Mare

The Residence Italia, open all year round, is a charming building consisting of 7 apartments located in the heart of Francavilla al Mare. This establishment is just a few minutes away from Pescara and in close proximity to the main historical and artistic sites of interest. The management is directly handled by the owners themselves, who are dedicated to ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for their guests.

The beach is only 200 meters away from the Residence, while the historic center can be easily reached within a 5-minute walk. The Residence Italia is easily accessible by car from the Pescara Sud-Francavilla exit, by bus from the Francavilla FS train station, or from the Pescara airport.

This architecturally valuable building has been restored to its former glory through careful renovation work. It has a long history: in the 1920s, it was the headquarters of a pasta factory, in the 1960s, it housed a cinema, and after a period of abandonment, it reopened as the Residence Italia in 2011. The owner, Antonio Lucifero, a director, composer, and great-grandson of the famous painter Francesco Paolo Michetti, chose to dedicate the name of the Residence to cinema. Elements such as brick, wood, and iron used in the renovation pay homage to the industrial architecture of the 20th century, honoring the history of the place.

The entire facility is designed with respect for the environment and powered by a photovoltaic system. The apartments are air-conditioned, soundproofed, and carefully furnished with style, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay.
