Our Gonda and Giuliano Residence is located in Semonzo del Grappa, in the municipality of Borso del Grappa, in the province of Treviso. Surrounded by lush and peaceful countryside, it offers a spectacular view of Monte Grappa. Our Vacation Home is brand new and offers one-bedroom or studio apartments with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a hairdryer, free WiFi, a crib or cot (on request), a flat-screen TV, a mirror, and a luggage rack. Guests have access to the communal garden, barbecue area, solarium, and indoor parking. Our apartments are named after some of the most beautiful Venetian cities that surround us, such as Asolo, Bassano del Grappa, Treviso, Marostica, Venice, Padua, Verona, and Feltre. Guests can choose to stay in the main building of the Residence or in the nearby Annex, in one-bedroom or studio apartments. We also offer the possibility to stay at the Country House, just 200 meters away from us, in Valle Santa Felicita. Travelers who choose to stay with us can opt for bed and breakfast service and enjoy our delicious breakfasts, served in a glass-enclosed room that offers breathtaking mountain views. They can also appreciate the products of local artisans, follow food and wine itineraries to discover the traditions and cultures of the area, visit the nearby Prosecco wine valleys, participate in cultural events and exhibitions, as well as take long walks to admire the magnificent landscapes of the area. A few steps from the property is Valle Santa Felicita, from which numerous hiking and cycling trails to Monte Grappa start. It is possible to practice rock climbing, experience the thrill of hang gliding or paragliding. We are indeed in the paradise of free flight, cycling, mountain biking, trekking, hiking, and trail running. Here, you can practice any outdoor sport to have fun and stay in shape even on vacation.
