I chose Puglia because it’s a place that surprises you even when you think you know it well. Between Ostuni and Polignano a Mare, I discovered the landscape I was looking for, and I built a project around it, consisting of trulli, olive trees, and a slower passage of time. Two hectares of parkland, ancient stone that cools even the hottest days, and the desire to offer something that is not just hospitality, but a small journey within oneself.
