Our facility has recently been renovated, transformed from the old house where I lived with my parents. When they bought a new house, I decided to take care of this one and make my dreams come true. I had two desires: to see it shine again and to make it live with joy. I achieved the first dream on my own, but for the second one I will need your help!
Our B&B offers convenient parking, a garden where you can enjoy breakfast in the nice season, a reception, an indoor common room, and 3 double rooms, each with its own bathroom, parquet floors, heating/air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bath and bed linen, and a set of soaps. Additionally, we provide our guests with keys to the main entrance and their room, to ensure maximum freedom in accessing and leaving the premises. The parking is completely free and located within the facility itself. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the linen is changed every 4 days. On-site, you will also find recommendations for local restaurants where you can enjoy affordable specialties, as well as suggestions for the most interesting places to visit.
Breakfast is enjoyed with other guests in a bright, lively and flower-filled room during the colder months. During the warmer months, however, guests are welcomed in the large outdoor garden, full of plants and flowers of all kinds, for breakfast. The owner will be happy to serve you excellent coffees, fantastic cappuccinos, a variety of tea flavors, and everything you need.
In the breakfast room, you will also find cookies, snacks, cereals, toast, jams, Nutella, honey, fruit juices, yogurt, and much more.
Upon request, we can also provide suitable food for those who are gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, or have other allergies. Your satisfaction is our priority!
The Bed and Breakfast is situated in a prime location, just a short distance from Assisi. You can easily reach the train station, the Lyrick Theatre of Assisi, the bus stop, and even the airport. Additionally, you will be within walking distance of the main historical centers and all the attractions you wish to visit during your stay here.
