The Little Prince is an apartment exclusively rented to welcomed guests, who can independently enjoy a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and storage room for luggage. The apartment is ideal for the stay of one or two people and, if necessary, can accommodate up to four guests using the sofa bed. The residence is perfect for business stays, a romantic getaway in a calm and private setting, or for families looking for a homely atmosphere. The amenities and services included in the price are as follows: autonomous heating, TV, use of the kitchen with stove and utensils, sink and refrigerator, WiFi, cleaning of the premises, and change of sheets/towels for each guest change. The use of air conditioning is at the guests' discretion, with an additional daily cost of €5 for each used air conditioner.
As Prince's Apartment is leased for tourist purposes, in compliance with current regulations, we are unable to provide breakfast. However, our guests can still use the kitchen facilities to manage their own breakfast and meals. (Available for guests: dishes, utensils, pots, glasses, coffee machine, moka, etc.) Additionally, in the vicinity of Prince's Apartment, it is possible to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the numerous bars, pizzerias, and restaurants in the city center, all conveniently reachable on foot in a few minutes.
The Little Prince is located in the historical city center, near the main squares and attractions of Rovigo, all easily accessible to our guests with a 5-minute walk.
