Welcome to La Cortesia, a charming one-bedroom apartment with a small garden located in a peaceful area, just a few minutes' walk from Policlinico Gemelli and Università Cattolica. This cozy apartment consists of an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, a reading room with a comfortable sofa, and a bathroom. The exact location is Via dell'Acquedotto Paolo.

No tourist tax will be required if you stay at our property for health reasons, such as visits or hospital stays at Policlinico Gemelli.

The family-run management of the property is committed to making you feel at home. The apartment has all the amenities, including air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and hairdryer. Additionally, there is a small room with a sofa where you can relax and enjoy your reading moments.

Bed linen change and apartment cleaning are done with every customer change and every 5 days.

Thanks to agreements with nearby facilities, you will have the opportunity to engage in sports such as swimming or fitness.

Other services we offer include booking tickets for shows and events, guided tours, and affordable car rental service with a driver for our guests.

Furthermore, from the nearby Gemelli station on the FM3 line, you can reach places such as San Pietro, Trastevere, Valle Aurelia interchange station (metro Line A), and Ostiense (metro Line B) in just a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a bus line that will take you to the subway stop, about 2 km away, and another bus line that will take you to the Olympic Stadium.
