During the day, you can explore art cities, charming villages, thermal baths, beaches, and hiking or biking trails. Alternatively, simply unwind by the large west-facing pool, ideal for enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
We offer 7 rooms of various types, with homemade breakfasts, as well as 2 spacious holiday homes.
A charging station for electric vehicle is also available.

Located on the first floor of a former barn, the Vite Room offers the magic of dawn over Volterra. A comfortable double bed and a large private bathroom with a bathtub (but no bidet), with a magnificent window. Fast Wi-Fi and shared relaxation areas in the living room and under the porch await you, in an environment without TV, designed for your well-being.

Romantic and refined, the Ginestra Room welcomes you on the first floor of the main farmhouse with an elegant canopy bed and hand-decorated furniture in shades of burgundy. From the window you can admire the sunrise over the cliffs of Volterra and the rolling Tuscan hills. The en-suite bathroom is completely renovated and has a large shower.
Without a TV to encourage relaxation, the room offers fast Wi-Fi and access to a large shared lounge, shared only with the Alloro Room.

With some furnishings in shades of blue, the Alloro Room offers a view of our Giardino delle Colonne, the hills and up to the Apuan Alps. The en-suite bathroom is completely renovated and has a large shower.

Here, in the lesser known and more genuine Tuscany, you can set out to discover hidden treasures: Volterra, the magical Theater of Silence in Lajatico, San Gimignano and villages full of charm such as Terricciola with its magnificent wines, Montecatini Val di Cecina and Peccioli, elected “Borgo dei Borghi 2024”.
