We are a welcoming family-run tourist facility, perfect for families with children. We offer ample green spaces, a playground for the little ones, a ping pong table, a soccer field, and a shallow water pool. Additionally, we organize swimming courses taught by a professional instructor.
The Residence Podere San Giuseppe is a tourist complex composed of holiday apartments, located in the heart of the Etruscan coast, a short distance from the sea and the center of San Vincenzo (1.5 km). Our apartments stand out for their variety, with studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, fully furnished in rustic Tuscan style, offering every comfort. Almost all apartments have an outdoor space with tables and chairs to enjoy the scents of the Tuscan countryside.
For our guests, we provide a swimming pool with a whirlpool, a barbecue area, a relaxation area under a gazebo, a gym, and a playground for children.

Additionally, you will find a vast pine forest equipped with walking and cycling paths, as well as bars and restaurants for refreshment. The center of San Vincenzo, a charming tourist village, offers a variety of activities for children and organizes events during spring and summer. San Vincenzo is also an ideal starting point for exploring Tuscan art cities such as Florence, Pisa, and Siena.
