Podere Palazzolo is a place that embodies history, emotions, and the warmth of a lovingly lived home. Carefully and respectfully renovated, it retains the genuine spirit of Tuscan tradition, thanks to my father's meticulous work in highlighting every detail. I focused on the colors, furnishings, and flowers to create a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere.
Here, every corner tells a story, and every space is designed to make you feel like long-time friends. The Tuscany awaiting you is the authentic one, filled with enchanting landscapes and moments to be experienced to the fullest.
We will be delighted to welcome you and share the magic of this place with you.
We have a small kitchen (open only to our guests) where we prepare cold and hot dishes with local products and recipes. During the summer season, dinner is served in the garden.
Throughout the day, you can enjoy tasty snacks accompanied by a bottle of good Chianti wine, Vernaccia, or a refreshing drink.

I get them from Enrico.. my mom's cousin and trusted butcher! ;-)
CHEESES
These are aged, semi-aged, and flavored pecorino cheeses from the Siena area, paired with honey, mustards, and fresh fruit.
