We have a small kitchen (open only to our guests) where we prepare cold and hot dishes with local products and recipes. During the summer season, dinner is served in the garden. Throughout the day, you can enjoy tasty snacks accompanied by a bottle of good Chianti wine, Vernaccia, or a refreshing drink. COLD CUTS I get them from Enrico... my mom's cousin and trusted butcher! ;-) CHEESES These are aged, semi-aged, and flavored pecorino cheeses from the Siena area, paired with honey, mustards, and fresh fruit. WILD BOAR PAPPARDELLE They can't be missed... homemade tagliatelle, of course! CHIANTI-STYLE WILD BOAR Following grandma Tilde's recipe. PEPOSO DEL CHIANTI My aunt cooks it... EXCELLENT... but she doesn't want to give the recipe to anyone :-( CROSTONI AND BRUSCHETTE ...I invent them myself... ;-) SALADS ...with lots of creativity...!!!!!
