We are an agricultural company located in the beautiful Usigliano, a small gem nestled in the hills of Pisa. We specialize in breeding Quarter Horses and personally manage everything, as a family, just the way we like it. Here, you can enjoy absolute peace, and we want to offer you a place where you can get lost or find yourself.
We hope to be more than just a place to stay for you, we want to share a bit of our life with you. Our farmhouse is located within the agricultural estate and spans across 4 staggered floors. Your accommodation is on the ground floor and guests have direct access to the mezzanine first floor via a separate entrance. Here, you will find a terrace, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen that we use for both guests and our own activities.
Going up one floor, you will find two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a shared bathroom. Going up further, you will reach the attic with a bathroom and a private terrace.
The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2023, and every detail of this house was created with our own hands. You won't find perfection, but a simple and lovingly cared for country house.
We are an agricultural company that breeds Quarter Horses and we have three dogs, two cats, and farm animals. Your pets are welcome, but we ask that you keep them under control and on a leash. Guests have access to all the green spaces around the house, except for the fenced horse paddocks, which should be approached with caution as they are protected by electric safety fences.
In addition to your booked room, you can make use of the shared living room with a fireplace located on the first floor.
We live here on the farmhouse, so you will almost always find someone from our family. If you need anything, we can be reached through the contact phone number provided.
Our breakfast consists solely of homemade products and local ingredients. During the nice season, you will have the opportunity to have breakfast on the terrace, at separate tables. However, since we value the time spent together with new people, we have set up a large table in the living room where you can enjoy breakfast with other guests or our family.
Soon you will be able to enjoy our evening service with dinner and tasting, which will be based on a delightful and uncomplicated cuisine. We will use fresh local ingredients with a loving touch of Ligurian and Emilian influences, our regions of origin.

Our daily life revolves around our beloved family and our adorable animals. We take special care of our small breeding of stunning American Quarter Horses. If you decide to come and visit us, you will experience moments of peace, with the opportunity to connect with nature and rediscover the beauty of simple and genuine things, prepared by ourselves. We are located in the immediate vicinity of the majestic Vicario Castle in Lari, the renowned Casciana Thermal Baths, and just 30 minutes away from Pisa and Livorno. Additionally, Florence can be reached in just 45 minutes! We are surrounded by the enchanting Tuscan hills, which will facilitate your access to local producers of fine wines, cured meats, and selected meats.
