The beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast can be reached within a few minutes, as well as the charming medieval villages nearby, full of history and interesting events. All our apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook, as well as a television, Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, and access to the shared laundry room. Thanks to the position of our farmhouse, which allows for a pleasant breeze, the apartments remain cool and comfortable even during the summer months. In our spacious park, you will also find a large swimming pool where you can relax during the hot summer days.

Our 30 m2 Junior Suite is located on the ground floor and consists of: a large room with a double bed and the possibility of adding a cot, a large private bathroom complete with walk-in shower and a private covered outdoor veranda located in front of the room equipped with table and chairs. The ‘Lavanda’ room is equipped with: private entrance, parking, wifi, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout curtains and tiled floor. Our Junior Suite is located on the ground floor and can occupy up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child)
Our 55 m2 one-bedroom apartment with veranda ‘Alloro’ is composed of: large living area with double sofa bed, TV area, dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with double bed and the possibility of adding a single bed for a child, complete private bathroom with windowed shower cubicle and veranda with pool view, located in front of the living area equipped with table and chairs. The two-room apartment is equipped with: independent entrance, parking space, wifi, fan, heating, flat-screen TV, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, tiled floor and disabled-accessible bathroom.
