During your stay, we will provide small acts of courtesy. The abundant breakfast, which also caters to specific dietary needs, can be enjoyed with a splendid view of the Gulf of Trieste, ensuring a great start to the day.

The structure is located in an extremely safe area, right along the seafront, just a 5-minute walk from the main square. Along the seafront, you will also find paid parking lots, while the area is rich in restaurants of all kinds, from traditional to exotic, as well as pizzerias, bars, and ice cream shops. Public transportation stops are only 20 meters away, right in front of the building there is a taxi stand, and just 50 meters away you will find the boarding points for public maritime lines. Within a radius of 100 meters, you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, museums, the marine aquarium, and moorings for pleasure boats. Furthermore, the pedestrian zone of the historic center starts from Piazza Venezia.
