The Bed and Breakfast Piazza del Popolo is located just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo, in one of the oldest buildings in the historic center, Palazzo Tantarelli, which is considered an important historical site and therefore protected by the Archaeological Authority. Already in the palace's atrium, you can admire frescoes dating back to the 1800s. Inside the structure, which still retains its original layout, we have tried to recover the authentic furnishings and preserve the travertine stones and arches, typical elements of the Ascoli landscape. In addition to the building's history, we offer the comfort of a completely restored structure at the end of 2015, with each room being different and unique in its own way. Breakfast is a self-service buffet, allowing guests to fully enjoy the Bed and Breakfast according to their needs and preferences. The linen is always sterilized and the mattresses are periodically steam cleaned. Upon request, we are at your disposal to recommend and book the best restaurants in the city, where you can taste the famous traditional fried dishes from Ascoli and the renowned "olive all'ascolana", which you can only savor in their original version in Ascoli Piceno.
In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at one of the renowned artisan pastry shops in the heart of the historic center. However, to ensure maximum comfort for our guests, we provide a coffee machine with capsules for excellent espresso and a kettle to prepare hot drinks directly in the lounge of our bed and breakfast.

I consider myself a true acrobat of life, constantly balancing (even if at risk) between family, work, and the B&B that I manage together with my mother. But this is a situation shared by many women, and I can console myself by thinking that I am fortunate because I truly love everything I do.
Travel is a constant desire for me, even if I can't always afford it. Throughout the year, I settle for traveling in my mind, meeting the people who come to our B&B and listening to their travel experiences and stories from the places they come from. It's a mutually enriching experience.
I always hope that our guests, when they leave our B&B, remember us as "home sweet home."
The Piazza del Popolo bed and breakfast is located on a pedestrian street behind the famous Piazza del Popolo, the vibrant heart of the city. Just a short walk away, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a historic café, an Italian sandwich shop, bars with all kinds of aperitifs, traditional eateries, pizzerias, and high-quality restaurants. Additionally, near the B&B, you will find a small supermarket with fresh fruits, vegetables, and deli items, as well as banks, pharmacies, bookstores, and the best high-end boutiques for shopping. Don't forget to visit the city's museums, which are always nearby. The historic center, to be explored on foot, will allow you to discover hidden and lesser-known corners that are just as fascinating, as they are authentic - such as Via delle Stelle, Via Pretoriana, Via dei Soderini, Piazza Ventidio Basso, and Forte Malatesta. After a long walk, at the B&B, you can refresh yourself with a selection of teas.
