Our rooms, all non-smoking, are equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Each room is air-conditioned and has a 25-liter refrigerator, private bathroom with shower, and free parking for cars and motorcycles in the inner courtyard with access gate. Some rooms also have a patio or balcony. We provide bed linen and towels for your comfort.
Every morning, we offer a delicious Italian buffet breakfast. You can enjoy coffee prepared by us or use the capsule machine for your favorite coffee. Additionally, you will have a selection of sweet baked goods. Upon request, we can also provide savory options for breakfast. The choice is yours!

From here, you can board motorboats that will take you to spectacular beaches, only accessible by sea. Additionally, our B&B is only 50 kilometers from the port and airport of Olbia, making your journey even more convenient.

The B&B Phiniscollis is located in an extremely peaceful area (where our guests will have no trouble parking their car) in the modern seaside resort of La Caletta di Siniscola. This area offers a wide range of amenities, including supermarkets (one of which is just 130 meters away), a post office, ATM, pharmacy, sailing school, surfing, and scuba diving. The town center is very charming and lively, especially in the summer evenings, thanks to a long colorful and vibrant pedestrian area, with numerous stalls, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and shops selling local products. The port is home to the sailing club and tourist office. We offer private parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles in the courtyard, accessible through a gate. Additionally, we provide a dedicated space for luggage storage. If you have a small pet, it is welcome as long as it is of a small size. It can sleep with you but will not have access to the common areas, out of respect for other guests. We also ask that you never leave it alone in the room.
