Located just 1 km from the walls of Finalborgo, a charming and picturesque medieval village, a jewel of the Riviera di Ponente, which in 2004 became part of the Club of the most beautiful villages in Italy, you can find Pernambucco. This enchanting place is immersed in the peaceful Valle dell'Aquila, renowned for its citrus groves. Pernambucco occupies the top floor of an ancient farmhouse, from whose terrace you can admire the splendid surrounding countryside.
The three rooms overlook the green Valle dell'Aquila, with its orchards and vineyards. The large terrace of the house, where you can enjoy breakfast during the beautiful season, offers a magnificent view of Castel Govone, the village of Perti, and the surrounding hills with their ancient churches of Romanesque and Byzantine architecture. The rooms, furnished in a rustic style, do not overlook comfort and functionality. Each one has a private bathroom with shower and air conditioning. The room windows open onto the Valle dell'Aquila, offering a view of Castel Govone and the ancient village of Perti. Furthermore, the mezzanines of the Lubna and Rustegu rooms are equipped with Velux windows overlooking the terraces and olive trees. From the corridor leading to the rooms, you can access the main hall and the spacious terrace of the house, where you can have breakfast during the beautiful season and enjoy the fresh breeze and the sunset lights even in the evening. The terrace offers a magnificent view of Castel Govone, the village of Perti, and the surrounding hills with their ancient churches of Romanesque and Byzantine architecture.
About two kilometers away are the sea and the splendid beaches of Finale Ligure, including the famous beach of Varigotti, reachable in just 10 minutes by bicycle through a completely flat route.
The delightful breakfasts are served from 8 to 10 on the beautiful terrace during the summer months, and in the spacious indoor dining room during the colder months. You can enjoy them while admiring Castel Govone and the centuries-old churches of Perti. The breakfast includes fruit juices, yogurt, special bread or focaccia, homemade butter and jams, croissants and cakes, a variety of teas and herbal teas, milk and coffee. All the products offered at Pernambucco come, when possible, from certified local suppliers at zero kilometers.

Hello, I'm Margherita and I have been involved with Pernambucco since its opening.
I am a big nature lover, I enjoy being surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of the countryside, especially if it's close to the sea, which I adore. I love being outdoors and spending summer days. After many years of working around the world, I have finally found the destination of my dreams.
I have always appreciated charming country houses, with their simple and tidy style, and their rustic yet functional furnishings. I have tried to maintain this style in our B&B.
I am passionate about traditional cuisine, I love rustic bread, real croissants, and cakes made just like grandma used to make. For breakfast, I also offer my delicious homemade jams. I am assisted by Giovanni, my husband and passionate alpine guide in the Finalese area, our two children (when they don't have school commitments), and occasionally a dear friend.
We are a team completely in love with these places and everything that Finalese has to offer to those who decide to stay there!
