About 1,300 meters away is the "Don Renzo Forconi" park, where you can enjoy pleasant walks and/or picnics, as there are tables and benches.
The kitchen area is equipped with an electric hob, under-counter fridge, small electric oven, dishes, and kitchen linens.
In the storage cabinet, in addition to various detergents and cleaning supplies, there is a washer-dryer to allow guests to conveniently wash and dry their own clothes.
