Our restaurant offers a variety of dishes based on fish, shellfish, and seafood. What makes our cuisine unique is the "express" preparation of our dishes.
We also offer delicious and refined appetizers that include seafood and land dishes, tuna crudités, Gallipoli purple shrimp, prawns, and much more.
Among the first courses, you can taste the Solaris ravioli stuffed with fish and shellfish, paccheri allo scoglio, tagliolini with red mullet fillet, rustic gnocchi with prawns, clams, and arugula, seafood risotto, homemade pasta with Casu Ricotta, and "Ciciri e Tria". The latter two dishes are real specialties of the Salento culinary tradition. The homemade pasta is composed of orecchiette and maccheroncini called pizzarieddhri, which when married together, become "li maritati".
Every day, we offer fresh fish, roasted, stewed, salted, and fried, such as true squid and prawns, as well as a mixed fried platter, depending on the availability of the season.
In addition to traditional seafood cuisine, in our pizzeria, you can enjoy a delicious pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven.
