We are renting a 70 sqm apartment located in front of the Monzino Cardiology Center, ideal for short stays of up to 3 months. The apartment has been recently renovated, furnished and equipped with every necessity.
It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds), both with flat screen full HD TV and free Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, while the bathroom has a large shower and is provided with towels.
There is also a study/workstation and discounts are available for long stays, to be agreed in advance. In the immediate vicinity there are a pharmacy, post office, bank, trattoria, pizzeria and covered market with bar, greengrocer, supermarket and butcher.
The apartment is ideal to accommodate from 2 to 4 people and each guest will have their own keys for a free night return. We are a non-smoking residence and do not allow pets.
