The charming hamlet of Crépin is home to the B&B A Pankeo, located just 1 km from the center of Valtournenche, which can be reached on foot in just 10/15 minutes. From Crépin, you can take a pleasant walk through a larch forest, following the road of the ancient mountaineers to Breuil (now known as Cervinia), and then stopping to visit Les Gouffres des Busserailles, an interesting geological site with its "giant's kettles". Continuing the walk guided by the majestic pyramid of the Matterhorn, you reach Breuil-Cervinia. Climbing from Crépin to Cignana, in spring you can admire groups of ibex, chamois and roe deer that descend to the valley in search of fresh grass. Often, during the walk, it is possible to see the eagle that nests on the rocky walls of Gorbeillon, near Crépin. In the center of Valtournenche, not to be missed are Piazza delle Guide, the Parish Museum, and the Maison de l'Alpage, an interactive and dynamic space located on two floors in the ancient Rascard d’Entrèves, dedicated to the history and operation of alpine pastures. During the summer, numerous activities are available to discover the surrounding agricultural territory.
