In late 1979, when San Gimignano was not yet a tourist destination for people from all over the world, I started renting out the Santa Fina apartment, which was the first and to which I am particularly attached, both because it has accompanied me for so many years, and because of the enchanting view from the large terrace. Over time, I began renting out other rooms and apartments scattered throughout the historic center of the city. In 2000, together with my son Francesco, we inaugurated Palazzo Tortoli, a 14th-century palace located in the beautiful Piazza della Cisterna, a noble building of great architectural importance, featured in all the most important international guides. Finally, in 2002 we opened Podere Ponte a Nappo, a beautiful farmhouse with a recently restored pool, completely immersed in greenery. From here you can enjoy a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside and San Gimignano, located just in front of the farmhouse only 900 meters away and easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Together with Andrea and Francesco, every year we host tourists from all over the world with whom we often engage in long conversations sitting in the garden or enjoying a glass of wine among the towers of San Gimignano. The thing that gives us the greatest satisfaction is when our customers decide to come back to us every year and recommend our apartments to friends and relatives.
